I have to resign from EY but I do not know the process that has to be followed. Can someone please make me aware about that? Do we have to inform counsellor and Is there a portal from where we can submit the resignation? What exactly needs to be done??

I am currently going through an interview process and one of the seven interviews is with someone I may be managing if I get this job. I actually love this idea and I look forward to learning from him/her. Has anyone gone through a similar interview before? What kind of questions were you asked? I’m assuming it’s more of a meet and greet with a mix of leadership related questions.

Friend of mine is thinking about picking up a second full time job to help pay his parents mortgage who fell on hard times. Logistically he thinks he could swing it but he's worried about employment verification checks catching the overlap down the line. His plan is to continue working job A, work job B for 12-18 months, and eventually resign from job B and never add it to his resume. Thoughts?
