I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. Hello fishes, recently I have applied for the role of pre-sale consultant in TCS. I have 2.5 YOE of IT pre-sales. My current CTC is 3LPA what should be my expected salary. If someone can let me know the salary bracket for the same role.

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.
