1. How is the work culture in Bofa

2. How much can I demand with the current CTC as 13lpa and 6+ YOE.

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.

My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. Should I stay at a company I know I like culture-wise when my manager said they will try to promote me, but with no guarantee. Or should I take a job offer I was given with a nice raise, but is in consulting at Slalom. I have not worked in consulting before. There is no travel with Slalom, but the idea of being the new person all the time isn’t too appealing. Less pay and known culture, or more pay unknown job satisfaction?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.
