Today I gave my interview for Kaiser Permanete for junior content producer role. My interview didn't went well the interviewer didn't even ask the relevant questions to me he want depth knowledge and at the end when I asked him what do you suggest what are my improvement areas that i need to do for future reference he told this is an interview call and you should know the basics basics, guys, i am trying to switch for the first time, please suggest me what should I do?

To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it. Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers. I want convert every lead I can. Does anyone have tips, books, cle’s or studied this topic?
