Question about job postings. I keep seeing the same equity research associate job on linked in being reposted. Does that mean they’re still looking for candidates or is there another reason?

So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

I know there’s probably a better bowl to post this in but just looking for insights anywhere I can get them.
