Morgan Stanley- mumbai provided DOJ as 1st april -33 lpa
Oracle- Doj yet to come -35 lpa
Should i wait for them or join OPTUM -gurgaon
my base location is gurgaon

Does oracle has a office at Kolkata ? My current location is banglore , can I change my base location to Kolkata ?

If yes , what's the process ?
