Got a verbal offer for a sr consultant role at an FSI for 80K base, 8% bonus. Today, I see a job posting for the same job and company and the range is 68K-111K. The hiring manager in the interviews stated the range was 65-78K. HR just called and told me I have one day to decide. I haven't received the email/paper offer yet. This is leading me to feel off about this situation. What should I do? Its still a 15K pay bump for me.

How much weight do you give Glassdoor and other employee reviews? In the process for a referral interview, looked on GD, and the company had a 2.9 with 0% approval of their “young CEO”. Flags included toxic culture, overworking employees, smoke and mirrors hype. It is an agency startup though, so a heavy workload I feel is common. It’s also closer to the field I want to be in, but does not sound like a coaching environment. Should I go forward or just politely decline?
