I feel I’m being underpaid in today’s market (mid- to large-size city) compared to the job I’m doing.

I’m a Lead Account Manager (F) who manages a team of 3, developing digital marketing strategies for healthcare clients. I manage 30+ clients on my own while contributing to the leadership team to drive the company forward.

I make $74k/year. For those in similar positions (Senior Account Manager? Account Manager Director?), can you share your salary to see if I’m being paid fairly?

I recently started a position as a business office assistant in a retirement home. I have a B.S. in Psychology and some relevant experience. I'm paid 20/hr in South Florida. Is this reasonable pay or am I being cut short?

I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I don’t think my boss has any idea I’m looking to leave - anything I should do to not feel guilty about potentially leaving them short staffed with a ton of work? Is this something you think about when looking to leave?

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
