Hi! I am a C++ software engineer currently earning INR 28.8 lakhs p.a. in Bangalore. I have a job offer from PDR-Team, a small company in Mutlangen, Germany for 75000 Euro. Does it make sense to move?

I am married with a one-year-old son. Both my wife and I want to experience the European culture (not just visit on holiday, but live there for a while). I'd like to know the living expenses in Mutlangen - it's a small town outside Stuttgart, so I can assess the job offer more realistically.

IBM HR mentioned I can negotiate further once I share HCL offer letter which I am yet to receive.

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

There was a time i got 7 lkh offer and i was over the moon, back in 2014. Now have offer of 30 lkh, still not happy.

I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job
