1. IBM(level 8): 44LPA fixed + 10% variable + 4L joining bonus
2. Wipro(level C1): 45LPA fixed + 15% variable
3. Genpact(level 4D) : 48LPA fixed + 10% variable + 1 L bonus

Which offer should I choose.. Joining date is very near.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.
