Hi I am haveing 2YOE as an AEM Devloper and got hired in Accenture, during Package discussion I told my expected salary as 8.5LPA they didn't negotiation on that and in the offer letter I received they gave me 10.76 LPA Fixed and with variable it's 13 LPA is there any disadvantage or what is the logic or magic behind this?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
