I am having HR interview with LTI mindtree for the role of Specialist package implementation. I am already holding an offer for 22LPA ( 20 fixed + 10% variable). How much CTC can I ask for ? Will they provide more than 22LPA or just match the offer? Need inputs on this

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year.
