i am having offer with accenture and hcl tech. I am a salesforce lead.

which one should i choose ?
As in terms of compensation the hcl is giving much more than accenture around 5-6 lakh considering variable pay and total ctc.

may anyone suggest if they have the Expirence with both or either of these two companies in terms of work life balace, job security and projects.

Any insights into negotiating a full time salary in tech sales? Do I need competing offers to do so?

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
