Hi, I am interviewing for a role with RBC Capital Markets. Is anyone able to share the compensation ranges for Director and Associate Director levels? The role is based on Toronto. I believe Capital Markets has higher compensation compared to the rest of the bank, but I could be wrong.

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
