Is it wise to move to bangalore with family given there are not much jobs in pune for higher exp and managerial roles …. How easy it is in IBM to get transfer back to pune after 1-2 years ?

I am not that smart. Got a very low score on ACT (below average). Should I even consider getting a MBA? My firm does offer sponsorship, but taking/studying for GMAT/GRE is already stressing me out.
