How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? I got a call from HR today that my joining is delayed and PROBABLY I will get to join in Q4 which is not even fixed. I was left speechless. I am on notice period already and now they are saying that there are some structural changes

Earlier recruiter said, Head of Recruitment is on emergency leave for 1-2 weeks and we need their approval for offer release, then next 1 week she said they are reassessing the demand supply and will get back.

Actually I did not get a salary breakup letter also, in the offer discussion call she did not clearly specify anything, she was saying she will try to get something above 31 LPA, but it depends on Approvals n all.
Have you heard any thing? I got ctc breakup letter 3 week before without doj. Hr told they will sent the official offer letter with DOJ but till now I haven’t received. They mentioned joining might be nov or dec it is pending with staffing team
