I completed L1 , L2 rounds in wipro. Hr round was also completed. Till now didn't get any offer letter or any calls from HR. Hr was not lifting the calls it seems. What will be the process after completing all rounds.

I have 2 offer as below, please help me with better offer & org in terms of Project, Career & monetary growth.

1. UBS-Mumbai - 40 LPA (Bonus discretionary)
2. BP-Pune- 39.6 + 18% bonus

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon

So can i expect the offer letter this week?
