Hi: I got no job right now. Was laid off by my previous org last year. Pay was 50 lacs + 5 lacs bonus + 4 lacs joining bonus. HSBC is giving me AVP role. Will be working & reporting to the Group (UK) team. Pay: ~41 lacs + OTVP (unsure what the amount is, can someone calculate)?

Also, in 2023, I was working with HSBC as AVP only. Pay was ~32 Lacs & ~4 lacs bonus (no OTVP then).

Should I take HSBC job? or take job as Mgr with an american airlines Pay: 45 lacs & 5lacs bonus.
