I submitted all the documents in hireright, 2 days back i got a mail from lloyd vetting team regarding address issue in cibil report i clarified then and send the proof of my current resident address. In hireright as well they are asking hr mail id for cognizant(my previous company) I gave the normal general hr mail. When can I expect the bgv completion. My joining is 1 sep. Will there be any issue if the address is not correct ?

Solid tips or strategies on cutting back on alcohol? My bf & I were moderate drinkers before the pandemic, but over the year I’m fairly confident we’ve become heavy drinkers (6-7days/wk). I’m stressed about it and have mentioned cutting back for a while, but he insists we’re fine. I find it rly difficult to go cold turkey or cut by myself when he’s still drinking as “normal” and we share our living space. We’re aware of all the health risks, but that alone hasn’t changed us. All advice welcome!

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made?
