I applied for one rule at BlackRock a couple of months ago and received a rejection email couple of weeks ago.

I am being offered a Senior AE role, but the Head of B2B is also hiring a Head of Sales, North America.

I met with the person who will be leading NA sales, and do not think hes the right person for the job. Not someone I think I can learn much from.

Sounds like first round is a behavioral and online case study- no live case. Confident in my behavioral ability, but want to make sure I am prepared for online case. Any recommendations are helpful. I noticed some of you mention “CraftingCases” is that another book? Should CIP be good enough for Uber prep?

Hi 🐠 ! If I’m 100% new to casing (have a business degree but have been in audit for a year), how long do you recommend practicing case interviews to be strong at it? Is 6-8 weeks sufficient? Would likely be applying for analyst/associate roles. My friends in consulting keep reassuring me that it’s a learned skill but after watching my first case interview ngl I’m pretty intimidated 😅
