I had a disappointing interview experience with Deloitte Shared Services LLP. I completed my R3 interview on 14th Nov 2025 and submitted all documents on 5 Dec 2025 after the salary discussion.

Despite multiple follow-ups, HR keeps stating that the requisition ID has changed, with no clear update or timeline from panel.

I am now losing hopes from Deloitte. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

I don’t understand the overvalue of “I have oncology experience, or I do have dermatology experience”.

What I do really care is to know, regardless which disease you’ve worked on, if you did something great, disruptive, found a new way of doing something, did a great/smooth launch…

Don’t have experience? If you are good on those other things, I know you can learn context fast.

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
