Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
