Hi, I have 8.5 years of experience with Power Platform and currently, I have 2 offers one from WTW with 22 LPA and Tata Consultancy with 20 LPA. WTW is saying 5 days of WFO in a month but the shift is from 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm and TCS is saying 3 days a week of WFO. Please share whether WTW or Tata Consultancy

Trigger: rare illness post birth

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.
