I'm Sr. System Engineer and my current CTC with Accenture is 7.7 LPA and having 7 YOE. Can I negotiate CTC of 14 LPA with Mindtree? What is MT currently paying for it's employees with this kind of experience?

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. Is there anyone else in this type of role who is able to share how this compares to similar positions and your general location?

Any idea when hike letters will be rolled out? Also how much percentage of hike at persistent one can expect?

The candidate manager told I will get permanent with Atlassian within 6 months. Can I trust this of getting permanent with Atlassian in specified time frame and consider this offer?
