I have completed HR round and they asked me to complete 2 assessment on 16th july for data analyst role.
In one of the assessment, i have score 85% and another no idea.
After that, i have not received any response from them.

what are the chances for next round and what are the pass percentages required to clear HCL Tech Assessments ?

1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
