Hi I have completed my 2 technical round in LTI Mindtree for AI Engineer position and my profile was selected for offer initiation. I went to LTI office for HR Round and Salary Negotiation on Feb 18th 2026. HR told that necessary approvals will take some time and generally it takes 2-3 weeks for offer roll out. But it has been almost 1 month since then and I have not received any communication from LTI HR. Do you guys think my profile is not being considered any more?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

We had a team touchbase where we as a group were asked our concerns regarding year end. I raised my concerns about staffing/expectations (the team is 75% new) since last year was demanding with us being up to 1 AM the day before deadline.
