I have given an interview in Infosys. After clearing all rounds HR discussed me salary, role and DOJ and mentioned my DOJ on 30th June 2023.. But till now I did not get offer letter. Now she is saying some approvals are pending after that she will release the offer letter.

Can any one tell me how many days they take to release the offer letter?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

Ok, I haven’t done an HSA previously, but considering it for my family during this next open enrollment. What do I need to know about high deductible plans? So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?

My current package is 10.6 with 7.5 years of experience, got an offer of 17.8 ( 14 fixed , 3.8 variable ).Should I look for other offer ?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
