Hi, I have got an offer from HSBC India Hyderabad Location as Consultant, with 11 years of Experience. I was offered 23 Fixed and HR Said I will get Guaranteed Bonus of 3.2 L. is it true? Can I ask for a GCB Change, currently its 6, I want to ask GCB 5, as I have 11 years of Experience. How feasible is this?
