I got X LPA in a telecom product based for devops role. But current service based company planning to retain me with x-6 LPA for new project in Data science role in AWS,powerBI,python .Im currently a cloud developer(aws) and having not enough experience in devops role and that too they planning to put me in azure devops which is new again.So both the data science role and devops role are new to me.What should i prefer either to get retain and learn and leave in 1 yr or move to new company ??
I got an offer for AWS Architect in Accenture . My yoe is 12.5, Role offered : Level 7 Manager With 32 fixed 10 variable and 6.4 jb. My current CTC is 29lpa . How is wlb in Accenture ? What about work culture? How is Accenture at level 7? How is the job security? I will be joining in cloud first. How is the variable payout? I will join at Kolkata, is there any chance that they may transfer at other locations in future?

more inclined towards Microsoft, but they are offering less
