Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. While it may vary from function to function but we will atleast got to know a ballpark figure. Also if you could add your designations, will be great.

Forget variable pay. There variable pay is huge and the next company will ask you your fixed salary so u will face issues. 3 months notice period. Company is just ok. Less learning and too much good work life balance.
Max 70-80% of your variable pay. But remember variable pay is more than 15% and pf/gratuity every thing included in ctc. Fixed pay is less. When you do next switch ...your new employer will concentrate only on your fixed salary. Basically you hv to wait a whole year for your variable pay that also depends on performance. I ws never given more than 70% of variable pay in 4 years.
