I have been working with Kantar (a market research company) for 10 months now. The company has given me permanent work from home. Work is quite good and I am able to learn many things here. Also, my manager is very supportive and patient.
The only thing is about compensation, I have a package of 14 lpa with 6 YOE.
I'm thinking of switching to some company based in Pune.

How long does it take for bonuses to be paid out after your performance outcome has been communicated at other firms?

Our comp system is slightly complex so we know promotions Dec-Jan while bonuses are paid out late Feb-Early March (aka 2-3 months)

I have been attending interview with Bloomreach for a month, it consisted of 4 rounds including culture round. In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

I am getting opportunity to work on cloud technology with a company but they are giving less CTC and are not negotiating further .

The other company is giving good CTC but tech stack does not include any cloud technology i am interested in .

In December I joined one company (top service based company). From December onwards, I got a project. From day one I am working 12 to 14 hours a day and on peak times it went beyond 16 hours. Almost every senior person in team works like this only. Now it is impacting my health. When I discussed this with my manager he is telling me that he is also working like this and I have to deal with it. They hired me as a senior dev but now I am handling a team. I'm having 3.1 years of experience in Software Development. Due to covid and health issues I'm unemployed now. I'm immediate joiner now. My CTC was 4.50 LPA and I got new offer of 10 LPA.

Should I join with new organisation with 10 LPA or use that offer as a counter offer and wait for another organisation who will ready to offer me 12 LPA.

What would be a good /Ideal Amazon L5 salary for non tech program manager.
