I have received an offer from IBM for 7A as Java cloud fullstack with 18 as fixed + 1.7 JB. The role is based in Pune. The offer is not lucrative I know!!
Last week I started working with PwC with 17 as fixed in Kolkata as SA.
Is it worth switching to IBM ? From monetary perspective, I wont be saving much w.r.t PwC? Also, I am yet to get into a project in PwC.

Any suggestions please? (Please dont consider wlb as parameter)

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . If i convey to my ibm manager will they consider for 4months of WFH?Any documents may have to show?
