Hi I have to transfer my Pf from previous organization to TechM. My previous organisation is Unexempted (managed by Trust) where as TechM is exempted. Can someone please help me how to raise transfer request. If I raise Form13 online then PF number Ifsc code is NA and it gets rejected. Even PF team is not helping and replying Tech Mahindra

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
