I have two offers and I’m trying to decide which one to go for.

Citi (C10) – 23 LPA base, role in the Operations Analytics team under Wealth Management.

Genpact – 26 LPA base + 10% variable.

Both roles are in the analytics domain. I have around 4 years of experience in analytics, and from my discussion with the Citi hiring manager, the role there seems quite niche and specialized.

Given this, I’m looking for advice on which offer might be the better choice for me.

What are things that you’ve seen brands do for women’s appreciation day that aren’t cliché/opportunistic?

I'll be based in Tampa but living in the Orlando metro as of 8/30 (official paperwork lags a bit.). I can’t wait to be back

UK market is open only for niche skillsets ( Data engineer + analytics). Firms aren't interested in sponsoring rest all skill sets, as they can be filled internally. They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.
