Hi, I joined Capgemini about two weeks ago and currently on the bench waiting for project allocation.

So far I have attended 3 client interviews, but got rejected in 1 of them, which has made me a bit concerned about next steps.

Will I continue to get more interview opportunities?

Also, is there any risk of termination if someone remains on the bench after multiple interview rejections?

I'd really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who have gone through a similar situation.

My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.
Is it a good offer?
Also it's written in offer that need to travel to US.
Shall I get retained if I am offered a decent salary revision or shall I move out?

I have 5.5YOE, Got an offer for 25LPA CTC + RSU 10L vested over 5 years.

Domain is semiconductor software validation, can i do better ?

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding.
