Hi, I need suggestions in bgv process for Infosys.
I have 14 years of experience, including 6.5 years as a co-founder/director of two companies where I didn’t have PF or Form 16 (salary was in cash). For background verification with Infosys, is it safer to show this as self-employment or should I leave it out? Anyone faced this before?

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.

I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. Beer is an absolute necessity during these events. Anyhow, I didn’t drink. Proud of myself. Monumental moment for me.
