Now they are going to schedule a 45 mins coding assesment, followed by another round where I'll need to explain the solution. Does anyone have idea which platform they use for the test, and what kind of format or questions I can expect? And what is the discussion round like?

Hi guys, I am a systems engg in TCS with 3 years exp. Technologies known: C, C++, Java, COBOL, Oracle DB, SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell scripting.
I had applied for Infosys in the company portal long back, but haven't got any replies yet. I am looking for the Developer/ Production support roles.
And I am in my notice period, lwd is 27th sept.
Also, have an offer from L&T with doj 29th Sept.

I’ve become negative about my life and can only think how I’ve been wronged, how I’m stuck, and frustrations w/ various circumstances in my life. They all feel connected in a cycle I can’t escape bc it’s all cause and effect ending up back where it started. I can’t find where to break the toxic cycle of negative in my life or how to make those circumstances better. I feel my life has backed me into a corner. Protocol for responding (or not) to unsolicited emails from recruiters to your work email? In other words, is it acceptable to just ignore without a response? Or do you prefer to keep the line open with a brief “thanks for thinking of me, I am not interested at this time but hope we can collaborate in the future.”

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
