I recently got an offer from Visa (VCA) for Data scientist position, Is there anything alarming to joining the company and how was WLB and culture. And any ideas for recent layoffs is it includes for data scientists(IC roles) or is it for consultant level only?

I’m white, married for a decade. The difference between me and my spouse on current events might be the demise of our marriage.
