I wasn't at Caps 16. But in another division. Work life balance was bad you had to extend beyond 12 hours everyday. Can't answer the other questions since I wasn't on that division.
If you're talking about caps8, there is no work life balance. The managers keep on giving people tasks and always on urgent basis, because they dont do proper planning themselves and try to overburden everyone
There is no work life balance in caps08 or caps16. Teams are over burdened, leadership is sub par, and hence bad plsnning, bad decion making. Projects range from secondary research to some bit of data analysis. You'll end up stretching most of the days, since most manager/senior managers hardly work hands-on. You'll work with clients so that's a good part, but the mgmt doesn't enable teams to do a better job, instead they put more burden by adding idiotic activities that no one cares.
