Looking at potentially accepting a Sr. Consultant role with EY. I live about 2 hours away from the nearest office and was told I wouldn't be expected to go to the office full-time, but wanted to ask any other EY folks if that would be the case.

I have a concern that I would accept the role, and after a few months, be required to either commute or relocate closer to the office. Bonus point: I don't own a car, and don't plan to get one.

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid.
