I was interviewed with tcs for tech lead Java in Aug and got selection mail after 2 rounds.
Hr asked me to upload all docs and I did so.
They are showing ‘verified ok’ in ibegin
3 days back they changed requirement to architect & asked for 1 more interview.
Took one 25 min round techno/managerial for architect level giving me just one day of intimation & rejected.
I just want to ask if tcs has to do something like this why do they ask to upload dozens of docs and send selected mail before ?

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?
