I was offered and joined in UST AdvantaSure healthcare project. Pls share some insights about wlb, work culture in UST and if possible specifically about AdvantaSure project? My Offered CTC was 22 LPA Fixed. But, I'm able to see monthly performance pay component in the structure. I asked HR and they told it will be fully paid and it's just mentioned like that to reduce the basic for less tax. Any UST people can assist in clarifying this would be useful @USTGlobal @UST @Blueconchtech

He currently does housing work but is passionate about civil rights and public benefits generally. Any tips on how to come by public interest opportunities?

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
