I recently applied for Backend Developer role at IBM from the career page without referral. I got a hackerrank assessment link which I completed. There were two questions, 1 was coding and 1 was SQL. I failed in submitting a successful solution for SQL question.. I solved the coding question in frst submission attempt with all test cases passing within 10 minutes. Is there cooling period before I can apply for DIFFERENT Job ID at IBM with same role?

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I’m not sure if he’s changing the meaning or isn’t communicating what he’s envisioning or what but it’s embarrassing to be called out like that, and to have people think you’re the dumb 23 year old.

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.
