So I had my Senior Partner interview scheduled for today and It went like
For every question he asked me and I give my answer he’s like - “Nice, very good and awesome”.
I didn’t hear anything else in the entire convo and 45 min discussion was concluded in 30 mins.
I’m not able to understand what does it mean was interview good or bad?
I’m so worried now.

I recommend my neighborhood: normal heights. Also South Park is very safe, so is Clairemont and La Jolla. North Park is mostly safe too.
I’ve only been here 5 months but ones that seem to be more street by street are University Heights, Hillcrest, Little Italy, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach.
I would avoid DT and anywhere south of DT as a general rule of thumb, but of course there are some safe streets in there too.
Pacific Beach or Ocean Beach is great for someone your age. I lived in Crown Point (a little quieter) in PB in college and loved it.
I live in crown point (early 30s couple) and we love it! Super chill, safe and near the beach.
Mission valley would be a good place to live. Very central (10-15 minutes to mostly anything in SD) and very safe.

San Diego is a huge area. Which hospital are you going to be working at? That will help you figure out where you want to stay.
In LA terms, if you’re working at UCLA Med, you’re not going to want to be staying in Pasadena as it’s way too far.
Second that - Mission Valley is fairly safe as are the northern parts of Pacific Beach. Feel free to dm if you’ve got questions about particular postings / neighborhoods!
I love Mission Valley. we lived there for years.
Hi! Reach out if you need a place to stay for a couple weeks while you look around for something longer term. I have a spare room I rent out, located in Mission Valley West near the 5. Can send pics and give more info if you’re interested.
I have lived in North Park and South Park and absolutely loved both neighborhoods and felt safe. There are some great apartment options in Mission Valley as well and it's pretty centrally located. You will love San Diego!
Would not recommend East Village (downtown) as a single female, especially if needing to walk to or from your car or where ever at night.
Mission valley- centrally located and you don't have to worry about parking
There really isn't anywhere "dangerous" in San Diego as compared to other cities. You sound like someone who needs to stay north of the 8.
