I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.

AWS Developer -Deloitte USI - 15fixed + 0-10% Variable + 4LJB (retention bonus) 2. Sr security Analyst - AWS IAM - Sony India software centre - 17.5fixed + 3L Variable. Im very much interested in AWS Developer role but scared of WLB at Deloitte. Sony have a very good reviews and pay also better only concern here it is cloud security and limited to only AWS IAM.
