In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

Iqvia does but they are not guaranteed but up to a certain percentage of pay based on your pay grade , lots of stuff goes into it, how your Dept did, your annual review score etc etc..
Most CROs and pharma/ biotech pay bonuses at a certain level. They are typically not guaranteed. What type of role/ level are you looking for?
A decent amount of big CROs and pharma give annual bonuses, the difference is usually the percentage offered and qualifying criteria.
ICON, PPD, Syneos are large CROs and pay bonuses. Pfizer, Merck, J&J are large pharma and i am sure they probably give bonuses too.
