Hi, in my qualcomm offer letter, i am receiving joining, relocation and retention bonus

Joining and relocation will be received after 1st month but will have to return full if i leave before 24 months from joining

Retention will receive after 12 months and will have to return if leave before 36 months from joining

Is this how qualcomm works or I need to negotiate with HR about this

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me.
