I recommend you just watch your diet overall. People "lose weight/fat" on this diets bc they cut out entire food groups. But if following rules will help moderate your food intake then go for it.
If you want to burn fat, build muscle by lifting weights and lifting heavy. (None of that light weight, 30 reps shit.) Ideally 3 - 4 times a week and do some cardio (bike or run) for 30-45 min 2 days a week. Doing that and watching what you eat will make you shred.
And sleeping - getting enough sleep will help a lot.
I do a good amount of cardio (burpees, treadmill, box jumps) but hopefully taking it up a notch to Hiit will help. I usually stay at a steady state.
Do you change up your workout/weight routine every 6 weeks? Your body gets more efficient overtime so you may stop seeing results. HIIT will help vs just straight running at the same speed on the treadmill.
Diet will help the most though. Sucks
It can. Ultimately it depends on your total caloric intake vs your need.
Hiit: the bike (Assault Bike is the worst, spin bike).
rower/concept 2. sprinting. kettlebell swings.
agreeing with Huge and just adding wrt cardio - avoid steady state for more than 30 minutes.
Thanks guys. Yea I typically lift weights ranging from light to heavy. But my main issue is the fat around my mid section. Knowing that comes mostly from dieting hoping this would help me get rid of the layer of fat that is being stubborn.
