Currently an M&A Tax A2 (HCOL) at KPMG, just received offer from Deloitte (same group, same city) as S1 with 6.5% raise. Raise is obviously too low; not sure what is typical salary increase from A2>S1. What would be a good counter? Should it be equal to typical raise or even higher?

So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?

As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.

I am thinking to switch to PWC India. I completed my MBA from IIM have 2.5 years of experience in automotive sector in market research and consulting. Before I invest my time towards this I wanted to know how much CTC PWC India can offer me for Associate position in automotive advisory. Also is it worth joining PWC India?

I have MBA from NITIE and currently working in Deloitte USI S&O where the work is definitely not strategy consulting. Would like to get into MBB but seems tough. Tried referrals but didn't even get an interview.

Would it make sense to go for second MBA from ISB or abroad and try to get into top front end consulting roles? Quite confused and looking for some advice. Thank you.

Just left the job and the previous company announced hike today 😖(Just 15 days after me leaving the job). Feeling at loss. But they have said they will give it after 3 months to their employees. . I hope the package I have got will be higher than what the hike will bring to them.
