I am being underpaid and i know it.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. Hi all, my friend joined a company in HR dept less than a month ago. He continued to look for better opportunities and now he received a higher position (with higher pay) in a growing startup (200+ employees).
1. He won't be absconding but in case of not serving the NP, he just won't be receiving his experience letter right?
2. He hasn't informed about this current exp. to new company, will the startup find out through pan card link?
